Hello! Could you help me, I integrated an EMCP 4 generator to the DCE but when the equipment is alarmed the notifications do not arrive and the DCE does not appear alarmed.

2 reasons this could happen are as follows:
1) if you go to the the alarm configuration tab, select the device and click device alarms, do you see any pre-defined alarms there?
- if not, you will need to create threshold alarms or purchase Asset Definition Service to have the DDF updated. You can submit a DDF request here https://helpcenter.ecostruxureit.com/hc/en-us/requests/new?ticket_form_id=360000111657
2)If there are predefined alarms, what is the polling interval for the device? you can check this in Device -->snmp/modbus device comm settings --> device scan settings. Edit the device and lower the polling interval to 1 or 2 mins. This way when an alarm occurs, DCE will see it in a min or 2
3) if the above is true and you still missed an alarm, it's possible it wasn't active for longer than 1 min. This is unlikely with a generator, but possible.
