Datacenter expert 7.8 error backup ERRR - Backup froze,

If I run a configuration backup it works correctly
But on the contrary if I make it complete, it reaches 78-80% and fails.
In the log it says ERRR - Backup frozen, 
How can I solve it?

- Destination location disk full ?

- Reboot appliance and try again.

i'm not from APC 🙂

Do you have version 7.8.1 ?

It'd be best if you can open a case with your local support team so we can retrieve logs and see if they provide better detail.
