Good day

I am a bit new on this product.

When someone enters a server room the door sensor alerts, and a mail gets send out with images attached. How do i go about in getting the Netbotz to only send a message when someone enters the room?

Hello @An3Wis,

Door switch sensors can't tell whether someone is opening the door from inside the room (leaving the room) or outside (entering the room).  The sensor just senses when the magnet is no longer near its counterpart sensor piece. 

Due to this, I don't see a way for the NetBotz appliance to only alert when someone is leaving the room, unless there were specific entry and exit doors.
