Hi support team,
It seems that we (see also Jeff James similar questions on pages How Data Center Expert users can connect devices to EcoStruxure IT and Troubleshooting) have discovered a small bug, that has recently taken place in struxureon.com/manage and StruxureOn app (but not in StruxureOn GW software): some devices (regardless of type and model, i.e. in random order) are listed twice.
Can someone confirm our observations?
Thank you very much for your support.

Hi spezialist
We have in rare occasions seen duplicated devices. We have correct this and your system should now show the right number of devices.
Thanks
Jesper

Dear Jesper Bjerregård,
Thank you for your support: indeed, the problem has been successfully resolved.
In addition, managing the hierarchy of devices has become more convenient: the device names are now displayed completely, rather than abbreviated 😀.
Very thanks for the support.
