Is it possible to multi-home an ITA On Premise server with dual IP and NICs? This customer would like to expose the Tenant Portal through a secondary IP Address. Are there any guides for this?

Instead of using a dual nic, you would set up a web proxy or some other vpn/secure access system so your customers could safely connect to the ITA tenant portal.
There is a basic setup guide here:

Yeah, I know that is an option but if it is better for a customer's network to have dual nics instead is it possible?

No, as far as I know, a dual nic set up is not supported. If anyone else has experience with this or can confirm otherwise please comment.
