One of my badge door handles reports a 'forced entry' alarm every time I use either the key or a proximity card and then refuses to lock. Here are the logs:
02/22/2019 | 15:03:09 | Door 2 opened. |
02/22/2019 | 15:03:09 | Door 2 forced entry. |
02/22/2019 | 15:03:02 | Door 2 unlocked by registered user xxxx xxxx - Card access. |
I've rebooted the NetBotz 250 and the lock returns to blue status and is physically locked. The next time I open the lock it repeats the above problem and will not lock. The LED is flashing pink and blue.
Anyone have any suggestions?

Also of note... when I attempt to lock the door via the web interface I receive the following message:
The door 2 and handle are not closed!
The door and handle are both closed when I initiate the lock request. Also, the door sensor indicates that the door is closed.
