Doesn't Pelco camera dispose options in NetBotz?

Hi all

Our customer purchased 16 Pelco Cameras for you data center, model: IBP 219-ER with IR.

I can see some options of the Pelco camera in the web browser: Motion detection, resolution, zoom, adjusts... but nothing appear in NetBotz camera options. Only a poor image VGA.

I can't setup video record or any solution ot the camera.

What do I need to fix this problem?

Hi Willian,

The options and configuration available in NetBotz for a Pelco camera can be found in k-base FA167042. You may be able to see a better image but you will not see the same quality in the NetBotz appliance as you will when you see it directly through the Pelco camera.
