Hi Team,
Is it possible to get a direct link that would allow (when clicked on) open DCO web client and after providing login credentials display a specific device in the rack elevation diagram?
It would act somewhat similar to a pre-configured search&display for that device within DCO.
Customer would like to use such direct web link to re-direct users from another system to DCO Web Client and display the device in question in its rack position.

You can open up the rack view in the web client, by using the GUID identifier in the URL:
https://40.74.55.xxx/web/#/inventory/rack/a2d7918e-7cc4-4de9-a869-9d89981aa6f7
If you add the link to a custom property in the DCO native client then you're almost there. I don't think there is a link directly to the IT assets.
Hope this can help.

Thank you Christian,
That is very helpful.
Does anyone else know if there would be a way to have a direct link to a device inside of the rack? Ideally our customer would like to use a single link that will direct them straight to a DCO Web Client with a particular device already highlighted and properties of the device displayed.
