I have seen that someone claimed about Device Definition File (DDF) prepared for a long time.
I can see that it takes 4-6 weeks. I requested mine 6 weeks ago:
Why does it take so long? When can I expect to receive DDF file?
Thank you.

Hi Mate,
I have responded to your Servertech DDF requests. Check your inbox.
We are still working on the DDF for your Cisco UCS device; ETA is currently 18 Jun 2018.
Apologies for the delay.
Regards,
Glenn Martin

Hi Martin,
Thank you for the update. I already imported the DDF files for ServerTech but I think something is not okay. In DCE all these PDUs drop critical errors such as:
AA:L3-L1-BR3:Current risen above the Alarm treshold.
BA:L1-L2-BR1:Current risen above the Alarm treshold.
BA:L2-L3-BR2:Current risen above the Alarm treshold.
Link1_Cord_A_3-Phase Current Imbalance has risen above the Alarm treshold.
Master_Cord_A_3-Phase Current Imbalance has risen above the Alarm treshold.
I checked the device configuration for Alarm treshold but all looks good. By the way none of the device shows the above mentioned errors on the web configuration interface.
