Hi,
For an ongoing project, I had uploaded new DDF for DENCO unit DMA065 and I am getting correct values in DCE 7.4.1 and its perfect.
But in DCO 8.0.3 I am only seeing Humidity values for the CRAC as below.
Need to have all temperature values to associate on to the layout.
Please someone suggest how can we have full sensor values in DCO for a Mutivendor CRAC?
Thanks & Regards
Shemil

Hi shemilusman,
I can't claim, but it is perhaps necessary to try this New Features in StruxureWare Data Center Operation 8.1.
With best regards.

Hey @shemilusman,
This looks like an issue with the DCO support, to give DCO support we create a patch file which is not provided to the customer unless he specifies that he needs DCO support. This patch file when applied in DCE might fix the issue you're facing.
The XML patch file is uploaded in a box folder with link - https://schneider-electric.box.com/s/tocjoz85lx5r2w4rz7qslfvysnxxappz
Please follow the instructions given below to get everything in place.
How do I apply the patch in DCE?
1. Make sure to have a recent backup in place of your running systems before applying the patch.
2. On the DCE server, open this URL: http://
3. Upload the patch file (cooling_device.xml) given. The file has now been uploaded to the server and the patch is in place.
Please let us know if this worked for you or if you have any issues in accessing the box folder link.
Regards,

Hi Moloy Das,
And it will also be required to apply this patch to future versions of DCO, for example DCO-8.1, or not?
Very thanks for the support.

I already independently understood: above the stated patch file needs to be applied irrespective of the version of the DCO and DCE servers.
Very thanks for the support.
