Delete User from EcostruxureIT

Hi all

i need urgently delete 2 user from EcostruxureIT

i have opened a case on April 22th but none can do that.

someone can help me?

Hi GIanluca,

Log into ecostruxureit.com

Go to Administration from the left navigation pane. Highlight user to delete and it will give you an option to delete the user. 

If you have a long list of users, once highlighted you may need to scroll up to see the available options.

Correct! But you will first need to log in to ecostruxureit.com with admin privileges!

But i see you are unable to log in at the moment. 

Unless i am not understanding you correctly? See attached snapshot.

I'll explain better

the customer had a problem with his gateway. I do not know what happened.

subsequently, all users are no longer able to log in.

I asked Schneider support to delete users from the cloud

in this way we can recreate the customer's site and all users

You should be able to get assistance from ecostruxureit support. Sounds like it has to do with the actual account that the gateway will link to.
