Hi,
One of my customer get this error messages in DCE 7.6.0 after upgrade of AP9635ch to latest version in a G7000 - Definition File (DDF) Transfer Failure.
Before he upgraded everything was working ok.
Is this a known fail and is there a solution for this ?
Best regards
Morten

Dear Morten,
May I know the current NMC firmware version?
What was the previous firmware which the Customer was using?
Are you able to launch the web interface of the UPS NMC and able to see all the parameters correctly?
Is the FTP port disabled between DCE and UPS NMC IP address? As suggested by Steve already, please follow the k-base instructions.
Regards,
Bala

Thanks for feedback Bala.
The NMC card have connection with DCE and it is possible to login to the web interface.
I will check if the SSH under SCP is checked out.
Best regards
