I have a DCE running on a physical appliance AP9465 V 7.5, this appliance has 2 ethernet ports, throgh the first port i am monitoring the devices in my datacenter and the port number 2 is connected to a router than has internet connection. I pretend to use this connection for sending alarms and events by emails but there is a limitation because the second ethernet port does not allow to configure DNS nor gateway, so it has been imposible to send emails from my appliance.
¿Is there any procedure that shows how should i configure the two ethernet ports in my datacenter expert appliance for sending emails using a server located on the internet?
I have tried configuring the internet connection in both ports, public and private and hasn´t worked so far.

Dear OMAR ALFREDO CUERVO DONCEL ,
More details about this can be found, for example, in StruxureWare Data Center Expert-Installation Manual.
Conclusion: you must first redesign your network configuration of the DCE-server as I wrote and as it is written in the above user manual.
Only after that your DCE-server can have access to the Internet and perform sending emails using a server located on the internet.
For example, you can check whether or not you have access to the Internet from a DCE-server on a special DCE web-GUI page http://your_DCE_IP_address/nbc/status/Troubleshoot .
If you have any more questions, I'll be happy to answer.
With respect.
