Dear colleagues,
Our customer have DCE AP465. Some days before we were on Preventive Maintenance on this equipment. We have faced with the next problem: this DCE is too warm (in my opinion it's hot) and very loud (the fans are very active), and DCE has very long answers. The equipments, which have connected to DCE less than 100 nodes. How we can find the process, which oveloaded the processor of DCE?

Ekaterina,
Look, please, at this useful subject:
And look, please, at top_output file contents, and specifically the first three-four lines: you will see there the name of processes which are the reason of high load of the processor the DCE server (%CPU and TIME+ columns).
Besides, it is possible to look still at contents of file /var/log/messages, that understand in what there can to be a reason of high load of the DCE server.
I am always glad to help.
