Morning,
A question from my servicenow team. In 2014 we established a data extraction from DCO to servicenow using an ETL via our main data repository. Before we upgrade to ITA, we know that sometimes there are OOTB connectors to link systems to others. We are also aware that the ServiceNow Asset Management Connector can push data from servicenow to ecostruxure ITA. Is there anything that works in reverse, i.e. pushes data from ITA to servicenow?
Thanks

Hello Nigel.
We do not offer an out of box integration which sends data from DCO/ITA back to ServiceNow but we have customers who have such integrations in place. Those customers either engaged the Schneider ACS team to define and create the integration or the customers contracted with other entities to complete the integration themselves or via a 3rd party.
If you are interested in a discussion with the ACS team, we can place you in contact with them.
Regards
Greg Sterling
