Data Logs of UPS and Inrow Units?

Hi, can i download the data logs of Symmetra UPS and APC Inrow Units to DCE via FTP?

Hi shaf alam,

DCE cannot download the device's logs. The data DCE gathers and stores is only that data polled using SNMP or modbus depending on the configuration. If you need the event or data logs from the devices themselves, you must download them directly from the device.

In addition to Steve's comments, I am also attaching you the procedure to download the Alarms logs of the devices from DCE.

The K-base ID: FA156131 has got an instructions on how to download the Event, Data, Configuration files from the UPS and other APC Products Network Management Cards.
