Hi All,
One of our customer has DCO and DCE integrated.
At the moment, they are not able to collect data from DCE to DCO,
Please find error we received on the screen.

It seems the same issue has been reported by another user as well. However the 'error collecting data' message typically occurs if DCO is unable to receive data from DCE. Some possible scenarios are listed here: Resolving error collecting data

Problem solved, Our partner tested port 443 and it worked. Test the DCO/DCE server connection (in DCO select System Setup>External Systems Configuration. Perform the test for both port 80 and 443 (use encryption).

I resolved it by increasing the Polling Time in DCE for the devices. Since I have more than 2025 devices, I couldn't keep the system at a 1 Min or 5 Min polling time. I increased it to 10 and will back it down 1 min at a time when I get time to play with it. I wish DCE would pull all the data between that interval. It seems to only pull the data at the time the device is polled. Which doesn't work well for me.
