I have been trying to upload the DDF files for several devices that we have recently added. On several of the devices I get the error "Incorrect File Type".
The Stulz WIB8000 has this issues as shown in the attached screen shot.

Dear Andrew Stoakes,
I suspect, that you are trying to import an SNMP DDF-file through the import menu for the Modbus DDF-file or vice versa.
Try importing the above specified DDF-file using the SNMP Device Communication Settings (not Modbus Device Communication Settings).
With respect.

agreed, if you're unsure if your ddf is Modbus or snmp, you can open it with any xml viewer (this includes most web browsers) and look at the first few lines and you'll see either snmp oids or MODBUS_OID_MUST_EXIST
snmp
<oidMustExist ruleid="mib2objidtest" oid=".1.3.6.1.4.1.1718.3.2.1.1.2" istree="yes"/>
modbus
<oidMustExist ruleid = "modbusdevicetest" oid = "MODBUS_OID_MUST_EXIST"/>

Dear afsaneh mobin,
I suspect, that you are trying to import an SNMP DDF-file through the import menu for the Modbus DDF-file.
Try importing the above specified rittal_lcp.xml v.1 DDF-file using the SNMP Device Communication Settings (not Modbus Device Communication Settings).
With respect.
