Hi Support,
Can any one let us know what is the expected date for response of DDF file request and what will be expected date of DDF file creation.
It has been since 23rd July 2018 I have request and there is no response or any updates.

DDF creation can take 4-6 weeks, sometimes longer depending on the backlog. There is more information here: http://sxwhelpcenter.ecostruxureit.com/devices.

Thanks for your reply . I have two request
1- Supermicro server IPM monitoring and provided with all the mib files.
2- Protocal converter RLE Technology provided with walk file and min files.
If you can assist me with these files at earliest will be appreciated
