I am currently using DCO v8.2.7 and trying to connect it to HP OneView 4.20 and am getting the common and not very specific error "The External System returned an error" when trying to test the connection.
I have had this working in previous versions and was awesome.
I have tried:
Does anyone know where any logs are in DCO that might shed some light on why its failing or have any suggestions that i could try?

Hi Chad,
I think most likely issue is with the latest version(s) of the HP OneView not being supported in DCO. I don't think there have been developments on DCO side to support HP OneView versions higher than 2.00.x. Just in case if you wish to check the logs, then basically I would start with the server.log file that is located in /opt/jboss-as/standalone/log folder.
If this integration is very important for you, then perhaps you might want to contact the CSP team for possibilities (contact person: Morten Harboe, morten.harboe@se.com).

Could also be tied to the version of DCO you are running. We have been running OneView 4.20 for a while at our Schneider location and have been using it with DCO all along but we are using DCO 8.3.x and ITA 9.0.x.
I will check to see if I can spin up a 8.2.7 version.

Was able to add and use my Oneview 2.40 server from a dco 8.3.7 server. Next steps should be as Jef requested to review the server.log file.
