DCO not displaying sensor values

Hi I have a client that I intergrated DCO with DCE the link is still fine but the DCO has decided to stop displaying the sensor values from a babel buster the DDF works fine on DCE showing all sensor values and did work fine on DCO untill a few days ago i have tried re-associtaion betwen the DCE and DCO but to no avail.

Has anyone else come across this issue if so how did you solve it.

TIA

MIke

Hello Mike, are the errors/message in the server.log file on the DCO server from the DCE server or the device itself? Can you share the server.log file?

Also, if you view the DCO device properties, click the external system entry in the left side pane. Are there values from the DCE device?

What you're describing sounds like the device itself it not being updated in DCO.

DCO uses webservices to collect data from DCE. I wouldn't expect a single device to stop working unless the device was somehow changed on the DCE side (i.e. lost comm, was deleted and rediscovered, and so on). But you already mentioned you re-associated the device so if it were deleted and rediscovered that action should resolve that.

Regards

Hello Mike, can you also share your server.log file from your DCO server as well?

Hello Mike. The log file you sent (application.log) is more of a DCO client log and not a server side log.

From the webclient can you download logs from the administration menu so the server side logs for DCO can be included?
