DCO logs for support cases
Hi Team
As the information in FA307651 no longer seems valid (it's linking to the old forum -> https://help.ecostruxureit.com/display/UADCO8x/Downloading+log+files+for+troubleshooting) I'm looking for a formal guide to obtaining the log files from DCO.
Could you guys help me out?

Hi Tonny,
In latest version(s) of DCO, server logs can be collected/downloaded from the web client, Administration > Download log files > DOWNLOAD LOG FILES
And the client logs usually located in (win.) C: \Users\<user name>\.isxo\"DCO version"\Operations\application.log
Server logs for earlier versions of DCO can be downloaded from the server webmin interface, StruxureWare DC Operation > Download Log Files > Download log files

We are in the process of decommissioning some old APC and SE knowledge base articles for Data Center Operation. This is to centralize information within the Help Center. I have unpublished the article you referenced. Thank you for reporting the issue.
