A customer is using DCO in a Citrix environment. We have a suspicion that Citrix is somehow "flushing" the local user file cache since we're experiencing these symptoms:
The Citrix system administrator might be able to prevent Citrix from deleting/flushing certain files or folders, but they need specific information as to which folders to save.
Where are the local user settings stored for DCO? (Windows).
Thanks,
Christian

Hi Christian,
I think you are right, apparently client and user temp data is no being saved in that Citrix environment.
Client temp files are usually located in:
(Win) C:\Users\
(additional to temp files/data downloaded from server, this folder contains also users "Save Info" settings.)
Client installation files are located in:
(Win) C:\Program Files\StruxureWare Data Center Operation 8.2.*
(the required plugins will be downloaded to this folder, when client connects to the server.)
When a desktop client user logs in for the first time, user will be directed (automatically) to the Help Center website. As mentioned that auto-direct will be for the first time log in, otherwise user can go from the desktop menu: Help > Help Center (F1)
Kind regards
