DCO V8.3.0 Asset Tagging

Does DCO v8.3.0 require a separate module in order to create asset tags?  I cannot see "Configure Tags" under Tools menu.

Hello Jose.

To use tags in DCO you need the capacity license.

You also won't see the option in the tools menu unless you are in planning mode and your user account has the rights to manage tags.
