Hello
I have a DCO Server v8.2.2 that I tried Upgrading to v8.3.2 however the Upgrade could not Complete so I Restarted the Server but now the Application Status is Down and will not come up therefore I cannot log into the Web or Desktop Client.
Any solutions for this problem?

Hi Tafadswa,
You've mentioned that "... the Upgrade could not Complete", did you see any error messages or notification being displayed on screen?
I guess (only guessing) the upgrade was not finished yet (depending on the complexity of the setup, it may take some time to finish the job), and then by forcing the server to reboot the upgrade process have been interrupted and have left the server in unrecoverable state.
At this moment, I think the best option is to make a clean 8.3.2 installation and then restoring the latest backup file.
Note: I would suggest saving the backup file (usually in /data/backup folder) to somewhere safe (such as network drive or another workstation).
Kind regards
