DCO Server issue

Dear Support team ,

Greetings! We have issue here on one of the site where the sales team has shared the solution with the below DCO server to customer & now we cannot configure our DCO on this server. It is not supporting our Operating system.

Pls advise?
Meanwhile, we have requested the customer to replace the server with RED hatt. server with the config matching our DCO, but he needs an confirmation email on the subject.

Server details.
CPU: 8 cores
Memory: 16 GB RAM
100 GB storage, speed minimum 170 MB/s

Provide any machine which complies with these specs. If your presales team confirms that the below SKUs comply with the aforementioned requirements, please to provide the same to IBM asap and lets close the subject matter;

The system requirements depend on the size of the solution, see System Requirements for details.

The Debian version of DCO 7.5 is a .iso file, complete with operating system and all, that you will install on the system.

The Red Hat version is an application package (.rpm file) for Red Hat Enterprise Linux 6.

Thanks for the email. The issue here is when our FSR try to install the DCO with the server supplied, it doesn't detect the hardware. All the methadology is applied but its No success.  It doesnot supportin linux 6. Pls advise solution or do we have to recommend them to order new server Red hat which supports linux 6.

After many attempts to install DCO system using USB bootable image and DVD, with no luck because of system miss compatibility with the server hardware. So after our discussions as per your request to move to installing DCO system on ESXi hypervisor and install DCO system on Virtual Machine to avoid the hardware miss compatibility in order to complete the DCO installation. The installation has been successful with the following below: - ESXi 6 u1 installed as a hypervisor on the server with IP address x.x.x.201 o Esxi username: root o Esxi password: xxxx - DCO has been installed on ESXi with IP address x.x.x.205 o DCO username: apc o DCO password: xxx The user will connect to DCO system from web interface with IP address x.x.x.205 as per attached file. Note: ESXi 6 is on trial version which is valid only for 60 days. Prior to this period ends you need get the required license. .
