Hi Team,
We have encountered a simple issue of mounting a remote folder in the DCO, and customer is getting impatient for they cannot mount the folder. They are 100% sure that they have put the correct user name (with domain) and password and still have the mounting error. The have tried mounting a remote folder from a remote storage as well as a shared folder from windows 2012 server. All authentication had been check and both DCO and Windows server are on the same network zone. No firewall and port blocked. Not sure what is causing and appreciate your advise what else customer need to look for.
Here are some screen shots on both webmin interface and dco console:
Based on the error, its quite obvious is permission issues, however any other comment we need look on?
By the way, the customer is also asking if we are able to mount using linux command line? A sample command is appreciated. Thanks.

Hi Rayson,
I have found the following description by searching the Internet:
It simply means that mount command cannot access your network drive based on your given credential.
To solve the issue, you might want to try the following command:
mount -o user=DOMAIN/USER_ID -t cifs "//Windows/share" "/Linux/share"
hope this helps,
Kind regards
