DCO Licenses Activation

Dear Team,

I have a cutomer who I helped register the below DCO licenses but cannot activate the respective modules in the DCO. The error message is the Licenses are invalid.

• StruxureWare Data Center Operation 10 Rack License
• StruxureWare Data Centere Operations: Energy Cost License
• StruxureWare Data Center Operation: Capacity 10 Rack License
• StruxureWare Data Center Operation: Change 10 Rack License

The DCO v7.3.6 is running on Hyper V Please find the below screen shot of the created account in https://dcimassets.schneider-electric.com with the modules registered.

Are all of the license keys for the same server that are listed within that screen capture?  if they are, I will consolidate them to be all underneath one base DCO asset.

If you look closely at the license keys that you copied out of the web interface, there were be a space in the license key, similar to: 

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX

Copy and paste the license key into a notepad program, remove the space, and then try to install it on the server.

There is also an option to export the License Keys which were generated in an excel file to avoid any type error.
