I seems to have issues with DCO lab 7.5.0 hanging. The application will not respond at all and I need to go into task manager to shut the application down and lose the work since my last save.
It seems to me that this has occured when I've been dragging a genome from the master list into the lab file list, but I cannot confirm that this has been the cause all the times it has hung.
Has anyone experienced anything similar or have a solution?
Thanks,
Steve

Steve,
I have not seen or heard of this issue. Are you able to launch the Data Center Operation client and modify the data center without the client hanging. Are others within your company having the same issues with Lab? Have you been able to use Lab in the past?

Hi,
Yes I can modify a model without it hanging, it so not a problem that always occurs. Another person has experienced this, and they were working on a different model, so it's not related to one particular file, although I cannot confim what they were doing when it hung.
Thanks,
Steve

Steve, Can you please provide the client logs for both workstations that have had this issue?

It woudl seem that the software was not hanging after all. It looks like the user input gets 'trapped' somewhere that I can't see, so the mouse will not respond to any clicks, but I Have found that pressing escape seems to cancel out of whatever has got 'stuck' and will allow me to continue.
