I have all the racks of a room with a blue arrow as shown in the image, this is noted in the power options, I do not know what it means, also I can not associate more PDUs, I appreciate if you can help me.

The arrow is typically a sign the power for this rack is fed from an external room (outside of the room in which the rack is placed).
Is this true for the above rack?
