Scenario:
user is logged in to DCO client 8.3, the same user changes his password on the web interface of DCO without logging off the client. this event doesn't force the client software to logoff and re-logging with the new password. instead, DCO server keeps sending error messages, and eventually, the server reboots.
on the other hand, if the user's permissions are changed using the web interface, the client software will automatically log off and requires re-login. why is not doing the same thing for a password change event?

BTW. when you state "DCO server keeps sending error messages, and eventually, the server reboots" did you actually mean the desktop client restarts? I assume the dco server does not actually restart/reboot.

that was my assumption as well, but the customer said the server was rebooted 6 hour later
