DCO 8.1 to 8.3 failed, need 3rd party RPM files

Trying to upgrade DCO from 8.1 to 8.3. Upgrade fails as server has no internet access. Need third party RPM files...  What files do we need?

Hi Steve,

We have recently found out that upgrading to DCO 8.3 may fail if the server dose not have Internet access. This is due to package dependencies that server would be unable to download from the internet. There may be many packages required to be updated, and it is not recommended to go for a "manual" installation (updating one package may lead to other package dependencies issues).

I have/had registered a bug report for this, so the enchantments expected to be included in the next release.

For the time being you might want to go for a clean 8.3 installation, and then restoring the latest backup file (from the 8.1 setup).
