DCO 8.0.3 Genome Upgrade

I am trying to upgrade my genome library with the latest release but when trying to import, DCO is asking for .cat file.  Please advise how to upgrade the genome library with latest release.  Thanks

you need to to upgrade it from Tools-->Preferences–>Genome library.

The method you're using is for when you export a genome library from one server to another.
