DCO 7.3.6 LAB Navigation Tree Bug

Can anyone tell me if there somewhere to log bugs found within DCO software?

We are using 7.3.6

When using LAB if you delete a floor plan or a location containing a floor plan, the next time you open that LAB file the entire navigation tree is missing, leaving only the name of the deleted floor plan next to the globe icon. All the rooms are still there as you can still access them through the equipment browser or power dependency tabs by selecting an item and showing it in the layout, the room then opens.

Hi Richard, You are welcome to log bug in here. We will make sure that bugs are reported to the correct development team. I have tried to reproduce the problem. But so far without success. If I delete a floor plan the rest of the rooms remain in the solution when I reopen LAB. If I delete a floor plan with rooms under the floor plan will those rooms also be deleted. Those rooms should be moved before deleting the top floor plan in case I wanted to keep the rooms. Can you maybe describe in a little more detail what you did ? Maybe also a screenshot of the hierarchy. Thanks in advance Jesper Bjerregård

Hi Richard, Are you still experiencing the issue? As Jesper mention above we need a little more information in order to get to bottom of this. Let me know how we the best can help you on this matter? Maybe a screen sharing session in order to learn what is wrong at your end?

Hi Jesper & Soren, yes still an issue for me. I have raised it already with Schneider just wanting to know if others had the same issue. Might be time for a clean install of our server. Richard

Hi Richard,

it is with great pleasure I can inform you that we have located the issue and made a fix.

The fix will be available in the next DCO release. I cannot give any dates but it will be available in the near future.
