Our customer is traying to redeem a code for Data Center Virtual appliance but looks like DCIM Assets portal looks like offline (Two days traying).
Does someone knows an alternative method to redeem ? / Thank you in advance.

If they are unable to create an account, this is a known issue. To have an account created for the customer, please contact technical support and ask that they escalate the case.
Is the customer unable to redeem a passcode? If this is the case, this is something new and I've not heard of anyone having this issue. Please find out if there is an error and screenshot that error. I would ask that you go through tech support with this as well.

You got the point. they are unable to create an account.
I am based in Mexico and we have contacted technical support through Services, but they don´t know how to solve it.
Maybe it is not your business, but Do you know a technical support contact for NAM ? / Thank you in advance.

I would not expect the rep to know how to take care of this issue, this is why I suggested they escalate the case. They have a procedure for escalating to L3 software support and that's what should happen to this case.

Do you know anyone who has an account already with DCIM assets if so they can register the asset and redeem the code then give you the licence details and transfer the asset across once they have an account set up.
I do this for most of my clients.

There is a separate issue in dcimassets which is blocking the ability to create license keys for redeeming passcodes. This problem should be resolved soon.

I have been struggling to create an Account for a User for almost 2 weeks now. I have also just given it a go (05/02/2021 10:00 CAT) and I am still not able to Register my Client.
Is this issue still to addressed?

The problem related to creating accounts still exists. If you forward us a direct email (do not post customer info to this forum) we can create the account in dcimassets for you, and then the customer should be able to login and register their assets and redeem passcodes.
