DCE stuck in start up after restart space on device, please help. #DCE

Hello friends,

trying to start the Data center expert after restart the virtual machine/appliance,

(and also try to restore two month ago)

Virtual machine based on virtual machine WARE:

the boot log says: post grass SQL failed to load

failed to start due a space issue ? I can't go inside the virtual machine, as don't have a password.

It  says :

Unable to retrieve data from the server. Attempting to connect...

I already add 500 GB new disk...

But still can't connect.

please help us.
