7.4.1.5 upgrade to 7.4.3.26
This upgrade fails every time, simply hangs. We are forced to restore a mirror.

Hi Chris, Jared,
First thing I'd suggest is verifying the download with the MD5 checksum. Maybe re-downloading it and retrying.
Maybe create a new clean VM and attempt to upgrade it.
You can also try upgrading using a different computer as the client.
You may be better served with issues of this nature by contacting tech support directly and an escalation could then be done properly through the appropriate region.
It's likely someone will have to look at the logs prior to the upgrade and potentially grab logs from the server you're trying to upgrade, potentially after a reboot.

Hi Jared,
While waiting for the rest to comment;
How long did you wait for the upgrade, and at which stage of DCE upgrade does it fail?
If you have a screenshot of the DCE web during which the upgrade 'hangs' that'd be helpful.
Also, can you share:
1.the number of devices monitored in DCE
2.how long the DCE has been running?
For this particular upgrade to DCE743, what I understand, it can take up to 4 hours to upgrade to 7.4.3

Steven Marchetti, thoughts, or any other info that you need?
I have yet to see such long upgrade to 7.4.3, even with similar set up though....
