Hi Terrence!
Could you provide more details of your question?
Basically, DCE periodically polling sensor data from devices and store this data in internal database. It have predefined format and structure and cannot be changed.
When you building report, report engine takes data from database and transform it to graphical view.
You can configure different report parameters such a period, type of data and so on. You can find more info about reports here.

Thanks for the info, I was asking about the same polling of the devices and storing of data as we some data from our server for days for none of our devices which is not a good thing for us. So I wanted to know if this polling can be adjusted to ensure data is stored for everyday every minute or five minutes.
