Hi
I have few UPS fail to 'Retrieve Device Settings' from 'Device --> APC SNMP Device Configuration --> Configure Devices', error message 'Configuration Retrieval Failed: Unable to transfer configuration'
I able to perform ping to those device, ftp to it and running SNMPwalk to it without an issue, therefore SNMP is working fine and the device is working fine, just can't perform 'Retrieve Device Settings'
I'm using DCE 7.2.4

Dear gbkhor,
I suggest you to verify if the correct Device File Transfer Settings are set for the devices.
Make sure that any firewalls between StruxureWare and the affected device(s) are allowing the appropriate protocols and ports (20 for ftp and 21 for ssh). Also make sure that the appropriate user names, passwords, protocols, and ports are listed in StruxureWare under the device menu, SNMP device communication settings, and device file transfer settings. You can add or edit current listings. You can also create entries for ranges of devices as well as entries for specific devices.
Try Protocol as FTP only and see if it helps in the entries.
Regards,
Bala
