DCE external system in DCO

Hello Team,

how often does DCO get information from DCE?

We would like to have in a project our Supervision Team looking only the alarms tab in DCO instead of DCE.

We have DCE connected to a remote monitoring system that when it receives an alarm from DCE send an email to the Supervision Team. This group only have rights to see DCO so in some cases they receive before the email from monitoring system, than the alarm appears in DCO.

Hi Javier,

Concerning the alarms: DCE will push new alarms to DCO more or less immediately after it receives an alarm. DCO will on a regular interval load all alarms from DCE to guard against communication lost etc. in the push. The latter is the Full Alarm synchronization time.
