Dears,
Recently we upgraded our DCE server to 7.7.0. After upgrading we realized that the dashboard in thin client becomes inactive with a timeout message as shown in picture below :
We tried ticking the 'remain active' checkbox but this still keeps happening after 15 mins.
This issue wasn't observed before the upgrade.
Kindly assist on the same.
Thank you
Best Regards,
Ivin Tomy

Hello,
I've been able to replicate the issue with the check mark not making a difference to the web page timing out (I've only checked Google Chrome). I've relaunched and rebooted with no change. I've put in a report on the issue. I'm assuming it's something that will have to wait for an update of the system to fix but should I hear otherwise, I'll let you know.

Dear ivin tomy,
If I am not mistaken, the above mentioned bug was fixed in DCE-7.7.1 version. But unfortunately, in DCE-7.7.1 there were several other bugs ☹️.
With respect.

However, I have not observed this bug. I suspect, that this is a browser specific bug. For example, I can definitely say that this bug does not appear for Firefox 44.0.2. Try to check it out.
With respect.

I don't have firefox installed right now but I replicated with chrome. If it happens on any of the big browsers, it's still an issue.
