Hi, server build is 7.2.6.24
recently, our DCE server can't connect to APC update server & Available firmware updates disappear in our server ... what can I do to correct this issue ?

Hi Michel,
StruxureWare DCE needs to be able to access updates.apc.com in order to be able to download the required firmware files. Should you not want to allow this, you can manually download the firmware catalog from www.apc.com/tools/download. Once downloaded to a computer, you can launch the StruxureWare DCE client and in the "Apply Firmware Updates" window, choose "Import" instead of "Check Updates.
This will allow you to browse to a local directory where you would have downloaded the firmware catalog previously.

That linkk usually forwards you to a more country specific link. In the US, I get this:
http://www.apc.com/us/en/tools/download/
It is currently working, perhaps it's the region or country you're in?
You can also try this...a more direct link but this may be specific to the current file and may not work for future revisions:
