DCE alarm DDF failed after update FW UPS

I update FW UPS symmetra MW after that DCE alarm DDF failed .

Symmetra MW FW 25.20

 Display FW3.6.3.102_3.6.3.102a

DCE Ver 7.5.0

I want to monitor UPS on DCE by SNMP 

Please ,advise.

Hi,

the device status error can be fairly easily resolved by following the linked kbase,

Please note that for the Symmetra MW however you will likely get much more information by monitoring it using Modbus.
