DCE - Unrecognized SSL message
Cannot access DCE using client and web, getting SSL message.
"Unrecognized SSL message. Possible causes are a bad certificate or a plaintext connection. Try updating your certificate or changing your connection port".
The SSL certificate is valid up to 2032 and we are able to access the DCE by physically connecting to the hardware. There is no network issue as we are able to ping the IP and telnet the port 443.
We also tried to access by enabling port 80, getting same message.
I do not believe that this is something that will be solvable on the community forum here. I recommend reaching out to technical support so they can investigate this issue.
