Good day
Please assist
We had a few surveillance issues over the past weekend and decided to reboot DCE Server.
We have a physical server and had some surveillance issues (camera pod freezing and other odds) and decided to reboot and re-connect from the client then receive this error.
"The struxureware data centre expert server is currently starting up. Please wait for a few seconds and try again."
We consoled and power cycled the system and from the screens we can see something failed but the screen changes so quickly to actually see what he error is.
Please assist.
Regards

Hi Juice,
I'm assuming you've attempted another reboot and you're still in the same place. If that's the case, the quickest thing to do would be to re-image the system and bring in a recent backup. If you don't have a backup however, you'll probably want to speak with your local tech support. It may not be possible to get logs in this situation and even if you can, it is likely that any potential resolution may require providing tech support with root access to the system.
Thanks,
Steve.

Hi Steve
THank you for your feedback.
I have rebooted multiple times and on the last reboot there was a database error. Given we do not have root access, we will liaise with management team to schedule a local technician.
Kind regards
