Hello all. I know this issue has come up before, but never answered. We have a device that stays connected to DCE, Link is up. But the device is not reporting any values. Status = Unplugged.

There has to be a way to arm this on devices, or trigger and alert. Please don't ask me to open a DDF request and modify DDF's. If this is the case it would take 34 new DDFs. 

Is there an option for this? or can we please add this feature if not included?
