DCE Proxy and email Notifications

The manual states the following with regard to a user's email address;

Note: This address is used to send e-mail to a StruxureWare Data Center Expert Administrator for notifications related to the StruxureWare Data Center Expert server itself, and monitored NetBotz Appliances, but not for monitored SNMP or Modbus devices.

Does a user with a role of Struxtureware DCE Proxy also receive the above DCE server and NetBotz notices?

Hi John,

Proxy users that are not also admin users by user or by group should not receive server based e-mails. As for the NetBotz comm e-mail notifications also mentioned, users that have e-mails in the system and that also have rights to folders that contain NetBotz appliances should receive lost comm messages for those appliances.
