Hello, mein name is Frank. I´m new in the community. Regarding our IRCU´s type ACRD101 I would like to create a virtual device with the sensor "GROUP COOLING OUTPUT".
In case of creating a report it is possible to see this sensor.
In case of creating a virtual device, it is not possible to see the sensor.
What is my failure or is it something like a bug inside the DCE software relase 7.2.6.
Thank you very much for your support.

Hi Frank,
Which specific sensor on the ACRD101 are you trying to add to a virtual sensor? Virtual sensors must be numeric (should be the same type) and can either be added or averaged. Screenshots may be helpful as well.

Hello enclose the screenshots:
Enclose a screenshot regarding the Report.
In this case the DC Expert recognize the sensor “Group Cooling Output” or “Group Cooling Demand” Sensor [3].
The sensor is also recognized by the system when I take a view to the context menu of the device inside
Monitoring area (command: view all sensors).[2]
In that moment I try to create a virtual device the sensor Group Cooling Output” and the sensor “Group Cooling Demand”
does not appear. [1]
By myself, I did not understand the behavior.
Gracias y buen fin de semana
Frank

Hi Frank,
Although I do not have the ACRD101, I do have the ACRD100. Assuming it is similar and noting we're both running DCE 7.2.6, I believe you're looking for the sensors in the wrong category. The sensor type is listed in watts. I checked the "other" category and indeed I did not find the demand but I did see it under watts. Please also note that mine is a simulated device but the OIDs are the same so DCE doesn't know the diffference.
