DCE DDF request with "unknown error has occured"

Hi folks,

I wanna request a DCE DDF, but the web system reported an error(see the screenshots ). I tried to switch to other browsers, but unfortunately the error existed as before.

Does anybody know how to solve it?

Hi Zhang Hao,

Is your browser IE? If yes, could you try with Chrome/Firefox? 

Edit: I just saw you tried other browsers.

Post please the console errors by opening the console (Chrome, Firefox, IE),

navigate to "Network" tab, submit your request. If an error happens, you shall see a red line in the panel. Click it and screenshot me the error.

Edit 2: Jef is right, I will work on updating the error messages.

Thanks for screenshots, if you click on the Body in the right panel you will see that the error message is "device already exists" or similar.

I guess it might be because the device (Envicool CyberMate DX) is already existing and registered as supported. Search for this device returns,  

You might want to try using the "I WANT IT TOO" or "Request modification" options:

The device is internal, it won't appear in the searches. Jef has admin rights thus can see it.

Jef is right. The device exists but is for internal use only. This is the reason it doesn't appear in your searches.

Hi Zhang Hao,

I found the DDF for this device under our "custom" directory. I don't believe those are accessible for download and may be the reason you see the "device already exists" error. It exists, but can't be downloaded. I have attached the DDF here for your convenience. If there are any issues with the DDF please let me know.
