Hi Team,
in the latest versions of DCE, 9.2.x we have seen that the DCE backup is not deleted automatically, we have configured a full backup in DCE everyday, and now we have 9 backups, Previously it only keeped the last one, is this correct? How can we configure the number of backup copies that we want keep?
Thanks in advance.

Hello,
DCE does not have automatic backup management like ITA does. It has never had this feature. If you use Full or Configuration backups, it will make a new backup every time the backup job is ran. You have to manually delete the backups you no longer need.
Of the 3 setting types, full, synchronized, and config, you would most likely want to use synchronized backups. DCE creates a full backup first, then the next time it is ran, only changes since the last backup are written the backup file.
There is more documentation about DCE backups here https://dcimsupport.ecostruxureit.com/hc/en-us/articles/360039343554-DCE-server-backup-and-restore
If you meant IT Advisor, then I would recommend double checking your backup settings. You can configure cleanup frequency of old backups in the web client Administration > Backup and Restore > Backup Settings.
